Dick Tracy takes on the STARK Gang....3 STARS....

PLOT: DICK TRACY VS THE STARK GANG...

loosely based on MA Barker here was have PA Stark and his 5 sons....the Starks Rob banks, Armored Trucks, secret torpedo boats, a ultra secret telescope lens, and blow up a dam....Dick Tracy (RALPH BYRD) returns as the Detective with Junior and Gwen...This is the least entertaining of all the serials. Pa Starks gang is killed off one by one and he shows no emotion with each loss. Gwen who is a secretary also has some LAB skills in this one. Good but not the best of the Dick Tracy Serials.
