Sends me to sleep

I really enjoy watching Doc Martin as since 2010 when I sadly lost my poor wife, I have had great difficulty sleeping. For some reason if I put this program on, I will get to sleep.
I can only think that as my wife and I used to enjoy watching the series together, hearing the familiar music and voices must be helping in some way.

Not your typical review I know, but may be helpful to someone out there
