My Favourite
This is actually one one if my favourite series of Doctor Who and the actor Dacvid Tenant is my favourite Doctor. I love how he puts on an English accent when he plays the Doctor and then when he's off screen he has his normal accent which is a scottish accent. David Tennant's first series
Nicely packaged slipcase with lots of pictures and a booklet accompanying the set. The booklet gives a synopsis of each episode and various chapter points. You get so much more with the box set than buying the individual DVDs. Also included is a DVD of all the Doctor Who Confidential about making the series very informative and nice to have have a long side all the stories.Read full review

12 Years on and still quality Doctor Who
The on-screen chemistry between Christopher Eccleston and Billie Piper works fabulously. Eccleston's approach to the Doctor is everything that a fan and viewer needs, his character traits fits with the war ridden back story that is presented. Piper's persona of unlucky in life Londoner Rose Tyler is such a delight to watch as you can see how she grows as an individual throughout the series. The writing is on point (as always) and is obviously dragging the classic era kicking and screaming into the new millennium. The boxset has been released several times from a limited edition TARDIS box to a newly released blu-ray steelbook, in total all 3 provide excellent pleasure when watching however if you wish to add this little gem to your collection then I'd highly advice you to find one on eBay that is cheap but not too expensive.
Overall it's nice little piece to add to the collection along with other series's and this isn't a series to be missed out!Read full review

One of the best doctor who series
I had seen this originally on BBC 1 when it first was shown and then recently on the drama channel. I liked it that much that I recorded it from drama channel before purchasing the DVD online. The DVD arrived on time and plays perfectly on my blu ray player. If you are a fan of doctor who I would recommend this DVD set. I watch the series of this including series one a lot.Read full review
