The Doctor and companions land on a battlefield; it's the Western Front, 1917. It's soon clear that the war isn't the real Great War, but an elaborate re-enactment. It's a long serial, with a slight feeling of the script being scraped over more episodes than needed, but still very engaging. Watch it day by day, not in one binge.
