Doro 626 Great Buy For Anybody!

Easy setup especially when Sim card is installed and wizard starts. In Canada on Rogers and Koodo had to use nano SIM installed in a larger standard size Sim adaptor. Got set if 3 from Best Buy $15 plus tax has to be large enough fit without sliding around in the top space (SD card under Sim slot) tried larger Sim out not fit but had to use phone the way I said or no contact. The wizard didn't start up until Sim card was activated by agent. Tried it out long distance call was clear and liyd enough without adjusting to a louder mode. 'font can be adjusted nice and big screen good size. Did radio scan 20 clear stations great radio. Earbuds too large. Maybe fit a man's ears. Loads of features wouldn't find on regular flip. Sis button in back if phone. Camera 2 no with led flash. Not too bad and torch mode nice and bright led not a pun hole. SD card slot more storage 32 gb I think. Great buy for anybody who like a phone that turns on and with open and close but while has messeging capability does not have wifi. No data charges.Read full review

Worth the money, suitable for light use

easy to setup and use, texting not very user friendly not easy to capotlaise words like places or names etc. Battery life very poor even when low use; no drafts box so you can send a text later and if you press the red power button in error while texting you loose all what you have written. Camera very poor but I suppose for the money you shouldn't expect too much. However if you just want to make or receive calls a couple of times a day then it's a good product and worh the money, it makes a noise when fully charged which is useful and the screen is a good size and easy to read.Read full review

Senior citizens a great phone for us.

This phone is brilliant for those who do not want a smartphone or find it difficult to use one . I am a senior citizen and it ticks every box. It has a large brilliantly lit screen with large print and the keyboard and other controls are really easy to use. It is 3G , so internet capable if you so wish. best phone I have bought

great easy to use phone, works where my other phone can't get a signal! it's not the network that causes a problem it is the phone, 2 mates standing next to each other, both on EE, one got 5 bars the other got none! just different phones. Doro is not very good on the internet. If like me you just want to make calls/texts then go ahead & get one, battery life is very to. Cheapest buy is on e Bay, would buy another tomorrow. A really nice phone that is easy to use.

Had an older Doro for my son who has problems with the modern phones. The main problem with the old Doro was that it would not let you delete old text message except one at a time.

Easy & Simple Phone

Very impressed with this good value mobile phone. I wanted a "bog standard" phone with larger keys for dialling and sending text messages and this fits the bill perfectly. The screen lettering is also much larger and easier to read than other mobiles I have had in the past. Very easy and simple to use. The only reason I have not given it 5 stars is that the battery does not last long - I find that I am putting it on charge every day unlike my past phones that have needed charging maybe twice per week.Read full review

This is a really good mobile phone which I'm very impressed with, there is a very useful charging cradle for this model which can be bought separately, nothing complicated or difficult like many other mobiles, set up is quite easy, all settings are very straight forward and easy to use, Screen size is large and bright and with large keys and the option of large print makes texting effortless, the assistance button on the back (emergency call feature) plus the simplicity of use makes this an excellent phone for senior citizens in case of emergencies, reception is loud and clear and the window on the front lights up and identifies the caller plus giving you the time, the phone connects calls automatically when you open the flip and ends it when closed, all in all a very easy phone to use and the best one I've owned.Read full review
