This CD picks up where The “Flying Burrito Brothers left off. John Beland and Gib Guilbeau were in and out of the Flying Burrito Brothers and when the decided to continue with new music they shorten the name to Burrito Brothers, wrote new music and did some covers. The harmonizing is great, and the music is what you would want to hear associated with The Burrito Brothers. John and Gib had a nice run and if you like the country and country rock sounds of this era you will enjoy Double Barrel.
