Season 2 is great viewing.

Great soap opera stuff, was glad there was no raunchy stuff in this. The grandmother played by MaggieSmith(Harry Potter teacher at Hogwarts that wore the witches hat)is sensational! She delivers her lines perfectly and cutting like a knife! Hilarious! She is the family matriarch and I my opinion, the best of all! All the actors are excellent, the story is too, the setting, the period, all great stuff. Can't wait to watch next 2 seasons when they get here! These days finding excellent storylines with great acting without all the extra trash is hard to find. Season 1 did have a stupidly offensive scene which could have been so easily implied, and more effectively without showing the "kiss". But other than that, very very good. Read full review
