Instant pain relief from plantar fasciitis
I had plantar fasciitis in my right foot. The pain was so intense that I could just barely walk and even then I had to walk on my heel. I had it for 2 or 3 months when I found out about these Dr Scholls Orthotic inserts. I was able to find a retailer that sold them and the store had a "scanner" that I stood on while it made all types of measurements and then it recommended that I use the 440. I bought a pair and immediately put them in the shoes that I was wearing at the moment. It only took a minute or so to install them into the shoes. The relief was pretty much instantaneous. Within 20 minutes, practically all pain was gone and I was able to walk normally without pain. I will usually get a year or so out of a pair before they wear out if it is in shoes that I wear almost every day. These inserts really worked for me.Read full review
Inserts Seem Too Thick
When I used the diagnostic machine in the store, I did all of what it asked as far as standing, leaning, etc. The prescribed device when inserted into my sneakers seemed uncomfortably thick. In fact my feet started to hurt.
Maybe I was supposed to do it differently, but there were no instructions. After a while I realized that the length of my foot could be the issue. If I slid the device further forward there was less discomfort in the arch but then my heel was sitting on the rear rim which was a different discomfort.
Maybe you could instruct me in the proper installation. I really would like more support in my shoes.

Didn't work for me.
I really had hoped this would "cure" what ails me of heal pain when I start my workouts. It didn't. AND it's so thick, it doesn't fit in all my shoes. Since it's only a "half" insert, and doesn't go all the way to the toe area, you can't pull out the regular shoe liner and just put this one in so you HAVE to put it ON TOP OF whatever liner is in the shoe to begin with. That was problematic as double liners didn't fit in most of my shoes. And, my heal pain goes on so the liners are laying on the closet floor. It's not necessarily the fault of the product, though and may work for some. Just didn't fix my particular issue. Sigh...Read full review

Dr. Scholls CF 440
Have been using Dr. Scholls feet support for years. Excellent design for those needing support and relief from sore and hurting feet and joints. Very good in releasing pressure points in joints and the ball of my feet. I highly recommend this product for quick relief.Read full review
Completely eliminated my lower back pain!
I can't believe how well this product worked. I felt the difference immediately after putting them on. I'm on my feet the entire day at work and was developing a bad lower back. I had no idea it was related to my feet. After wearing the insoles one day my back pain was gone! Couldn't be happier!Read full review

Excellent Fit
These orthotics/insoles are super comfortable & make my feet feel better using them after being in them all day long. I’ve gotten the prescription orthotics through my doctor many years ago which were about $300, but they didn’t last as long as these do. They fit just right and are much cheaper than when you buy them in retail stores Read full review

Better than most
Provides good not great support and should last a long time. It didn't correct everything but I lke that it is flexible and lightweight and worth the money short of buying custom orthotics.
