I will be able to take abroad with me on a plane.

I haven't been able to locate a method to isolate the chair securely if left in a public area. Perhaps the supplier might advise me?
I have purchased the chair to replace a mobility scooter which I am able to de-construct and store in my car boot. My wife has been able to dis-assemble/rebuild the scooter for me.
I have not yet been able to try the chair in my boot although I am sure I/my wife will be able too. I am a little concerned that the weight of the chair will prove too much for her as it is in one piece as the scooter was easier to load as it broke down into manageable sections.
We shall see!

Disappointing and dangerous !

I think there is a fault on my chair and am going to contact livewell when they reopen. This chair is perfect if the ground is 100% flat but, as you know, the great British pavements are not ! As soon as there is a slight camber in the ground the wheelchair veers off in that direction and is very difficult to get back on track ! I feel this is a safety issue, drop curbs in the pavement are nearly impossible to manouvre which results in you being sent into the road !
On a recent park visit I had to be pulled out of a nettle bed, where I had ended up, by a passer by, highly embarrassing!

Lightweight and quick assembly.

I have a small car and it fits into the boot okay. It is light enough to lift and manoeuvre into boot. As I'm heading towards my mid seventies I appreciate how easy it is to handle. As for longevity, I have only had wheelchair a week so I am unable to talk on overall performance and battery. Another good feature is the battery can be quickly removed for recharging.Read full review...

Was waiting till i received the item before reviewing. It is brilliant. Exactly as described. Worked well in its first outing. Now we're having a hard time keeping up with an 89 year old. Also it could not be easier to set up and collapse this brilliant chair.Read full review...

Out and about with ease

I never wanted to have to get a wheelchair, but, this has given me more independence.
I use it in the house to get from one room to another. It turns with ease, and on a sixpence! Once I am tired this is great at helping me in the kitchen, ensuring I don’t fall, as my legs are weak.
I’ve taken it out shopping too, and got compliments on my Great bit of Kit 👍
Folds in seconds. So practical.

Got my independence back!

This is very well made product. It has been made so easy to close and open, that you can do it with one hand. It’s very good on the pavements. It’s got a good speed. It’s easy to manoeuvre I picked it up in 15 minutes, I could go out by myself by the next day. Oh yes and the controller is easy to use even if you hand issues or disabilities. My only negative is it is quite heavy, especially if you have disabilities or back issues. I can’t lift cause of disabilities my family lifts into the car boots. Read full review...

Some Useful Improvements

I bought this for my daughter who only needs a chair part-time for long journeys. She's also 17 and very vain and we have been through a huge amount of chair trials with her! We settled on this as a casual use, folding chair and she really loves it. You have to get used to using this chair. You need to learn how to steer to avoid being swayed by the camber but it can go over a fairly rough path. It's not light to lift but it is very easy to fold and even my daughter could do it! I bought it in the pre -sale as I was not sure about the product.

Update: Chair became faulty within a week of use.

Good money for an ambulant wheelchair user who wants something with a warranty that won't break the bank!

Great wheelchair easy to use small enough to get into shops but Powerful enough to go on country walks. Easy to fold and not as heavy as my scooter so easy to get in and out of boot. The chair is comfortable and you feel safe in it. Delivery was excellent arrived the next day and keep me updated Read full review...

Good but needs attention

As far as a wheel chair is concerned it works well. There is though a problem with the foot rest action . To bring it down it comes in an arc and if you azre sitting inhe wheel chair you have to open your legs for it to go down. This is more of a problem for a woman than a man escepially if you whare a drerss. The design is not good and needs to be looked at.Read full review...
