Dualit 2 slice toaster

Generally all you want is evenly toasted bread or whatever else you choose and although this sounds like a basic requirement it is not that easy to get. Most toasters do not give an even toast and the cheaper ones and that applies to most on the market give a poor result and take ages.
This machine gives an even toasting and is fast so that you don't have to wait until lunchtime for more toast and as I make my own bread I now make a loaf the size to exactly suit the toaster.
I also freeze bread and the defrost function is perfect.
I haven't tried toasting bagels yet but did buy the toasted sandwich makers and they are a great success
so much so that my daughter claimed my first pair for her Dualit architect toaster.
This is a very good toaster and the only one that I know of that replacement elements -should you ever need them- are readily available so you never have to bin the toaster ion the element failed which is the most common failure in toasters.Read full review

Looks plush

I love the shape and colour of my Dualit which matches the kettle, but, like 2 other Dualit toasters that I returned, the toasting on one side is very much more darker than the other but I just can't be bothered to send it back and just hope that it sorts itself out, fingers crossed.Read full review
