At last! I bought these adapters from Manchester Vacs. They are excellent quality and grest value. I can now finally use all my Dyson and Vax heads.

Excellent product. Excessive amount of packaging

Product itself excellent. However the packaging was excessive. The bag the small part came in would easily have accommodated 30 or more of this item. The item would have gone in a small envelope so if you care at all about excess packaging then perhaps you might want to look elsewhere.

Fits a treat

Had a DC40 now got the big ball animal, my soft duster brush now fits my new Dyson. Would recommend the adaptor tool (not so sure about the new Dyson though)

stuff you have to find out for yourself the latest dyson uprights frinstance the light ball, if you have a long staircase and just get peed off you can't just get to the top step you need either bunjy elastics holding the vac to the finials 4 or 5 steps up not safe operating practice, or get an extension hose just around 1.5mtr is perfect no strain on original vac hose either, this little adapter is made in malaysia same sodding factory so genuine dyson part and converts dyson A to dyson B. so all your stuff off the previous ones fits. so in conclusion the new dyson light ball is not the same as the small ball, hope this clarifies the above and helps some one out.Read full review...
