Can't believe the standard of this dyson. I was a bit dubious at the thought of buying a reconditioned one. However it came fully immaculate- new parts. And you get 2 years cover. Needs a better floor tool

Brilliant suction, can't fault it but the head has no brush which makes getting stray bits of cotton or hair nearly impossible since it just groups it up. Found it easier to use one of the hand tools to "mop up" the bits missed.

Brilliant should have bought one sooner
