Wrong attachment sent so can’t use it!!!

The incorrect attachment was sent with the original order. I called them to let them know and they sent me a replacement still the wrong attachment. The attachment is supposed to be for dual floor they have sent a carpet floor attachment only!!!
Maybe they will respond and send me the correct attachment third time lucky!!

Dyson slightly disappoints

The Dyson certainly has the suction power, but on carpets, it leaves trace that needs you have to go over and over to pick up. Wooden floors/lino do not have this issue, and I would rate this model as an excellent cleaner for this surface.Read full review
