SONY ZX780DC are REALLY Great!

Pros: You can hear the details in everything you listen to. If you set your computer speakers to surround sound, it renders a great effect. Can be connected via bluetooth to iPhone, Android and Personal PC, plus other bluetooth enabled devices. When bluetooth isn't available and/or the charge has exhausted, can act as a regular set of headphones via cable audio cord connector which is included with Sony headphones. Works with Camtasia, iSpring and other screencast software. Be sure to mute microphone inside the screencast software to avoid recording background noise. Great, leather-like case for the headphones and also comes with a soft pouch for the cables and a soft pouch for the headphones (in addition to the case.)

Cons: The noise cancellation technology needs improving. When connecting from device to PC, make copious notes of the settings each time you switch to avoid long periods of reconfiguring sound settings on PC computer. This will make connectivity more seamless and quicker. The charging cable is way too short and present a few annoyances on placing your headphones on a stable surface at rest due to lack of leeway. Other than these few qualms, these are great headphones for the price. Be sure to get the warranty. These headsets died within a year of gentle usage. In fact, you’re better off getting Boltune brand. It’s a great price with better technology, almost as good as Bose but way better than Sony.Read full review

Awesome for my purposes

I really was tired of using Bluetooth buds for lawn work, so decided to get these. They are a little hot for that, but cancel out the mower noise quite well, have a long battery life, and very good sound for price.

Nice mid-priced headphones

I gave them 4 stars because I've listened to some that are better, like Bose Quiet Comfort 35. And Sony also makes better ones than the Bose. But in this price range, these sound great.

The music seems very balanced. Not heavy, thumpy bass or screaming mids and highs. These have smooth, relaxing bass with soft mids and highs.

These headphones are awesome! I bought a refurbished one the sound quality is awesome. They are super lightweight and super comfortable. I haven't really had a chance to fly on a plane with them or anything like that but I am hoping the noise canceling will be good. Bluetooth works well. Out of the box it took only a few seconds to pair. On head they are pretty comfy and enough room in the ear piece to fit comfortably around the ear.
