A decent gamble buying used, but be careful

make sure the version you buy matches the serial numbers on the box, and it says TAIWAN and not CHINA. Sometimes the PSU is from CHINA and they are putting them in the TAIWAN boxes. 1 out of 4 PSU turn out to be duds, on average, so check them with proper routine and not in a PC.
