Good value run. Like many other similar products freshly weaned animals can squeeze between the bars.

One point to note: Our guinea pigs are freshly weaned. One who was the smaller in the litter was able to slide between the bars. To continue using the hutch as a run I have attached netting around the bottom half to prevent a repeat whilst the guinea pig is small enough to escape.

Side note: Same problem is found in many other products targeted for small pets so this case is not unique.

Rabbit loves to run shame its rusting

It is a great sized run, plus thickness of metal is great and the plastic clips are ok but for security I will fit some metal clips for added protection. Only down point was the sun shade it was very thin and missing a corner tie. Not an issue as I will buy a better rain proof cover with tie holes to clip on so more secure.

6 weeks of being setup in the garden as a run and its starting to rust on the joins on the roof. So will have to treat and paint the roof bars or it will be covered in rust. photo attached

A nice big run for Guinea Pig fun! Just make sure it is fixed as securely as possible...

Really big and easy to assemble garden run for my guinea pigs. I wasn't comfortable giving them one of the smaller round pet pens, which are open topped. Compared to one of those this is great value for somethings with a a roof.
The sun shade isn't effective in direct sun. Just add another covering to give shade. And of course the obligatory cardboard box shelter which my pigs prefer to their posh tunnels.
It's very easy to assemble, although, there are not enough connectors in the package. It needs more than are included to make it stable enough. However this is remedied by using garden-ties in the places that lack sturdiness. The instructions show connectors at every join which I'd urge the suppliers to consider.
I wouldn't advise leaving small animals in it unaccompanied for long. Not unless there's a secure, safe wooden hide inside, and only if it's pegged to the ground. For eg. my small dogs try to mess with the wire, little paws can get through the gaps... and could manage to swipe whoever is inside.... they could in a frenzy push or pull it over... and of course other predators like rats or Red-Kites could invade.
It's easy enough to move to new patches of grass, but must be re-set and jiggled to to be stable enough for safety each time. Needs re-situating on, and between, grassy bumps safely.
I read some reviews elsewhere that mentioned the locking mechanism being loose. You must ensure the handle is slotted into the right grid bit for maximum security... my dogs could possibly work it loose, if it's left loose in the grids.
Obviously it'll go rusty if left outside all the time. Some little patches started appearing pretty soon after purchase but remember this is not meant to be outside year in and year out.
I will also getting a chicken type run, as they're heavier/more anchored to the ground and winterised, and made to be a bit more fox proof (dog proof) but I do not regret this purchase at all. I will definitely keep this and am considering buying corrugated plastic sheeting to make a C&C type waterproof base. It'd make a good inside run or be useful as temporary holiday housing (easy to set up in hotels!!!)
It's a budget purchase. I love it. Loads of space for the money, quality is good enough for £35. In short, a perfect, quick solution for a large lightweight summer run-a-round. Recommended.

Looks a good size to keep my cat safe in the garden for extended periods of time. Had a problem with the clips when doing the final fix together! So bought cable ties so I could complete the job. Also got U shaped garden pegs to keep cage in place.Read full review...

Worth the money

Lovely small animal run. Perfect for Rabbits, guinea pigs etc. Only disappointment is the cover is rather small and gives no shade/protection. It's is fairly easy to build and take down when needed

Excellent Quality

I bought another similar product for my rabbits but it was not as high quality as this one. They love it, there are no sharp edges and it looks great. I highly recommend this instead of any cage if your rabbit cannot be free roam.Read full review...

Good, but some drawbacks

The cage is a good size and sturdy after pegging down to the lawn. However the clips used in assembly are very stiff, and almost impossible to remove without bending the wire frame. I had hoped to take it apart and use elsewhere but this proved impracticable.
The sun cover was useless! far too small.

Ideal for a small bunny

Arrived and delivered in good time, was as expected and my rabbit is very happy chilling out in the sunshine and being able to see all around the garden.
It’s not the biggest of runs, but I did think that if I buy 2nof these, I could link them together to extend it.
However, always best to let your bunny run around an open secure garden, as well as chilling in his run.

Good value

Very easy to put together and good quality for the money. Wouldn’t like to leave it unattended for too long as feel a fox could get in. However, it is very good within it’s limitations.
