Possibly Lifechanging Approach to Wellness!

Revised and updated from 20 years ago! This book is divided in 3 main sections of identity, diet, and overall health issues related to each blood type. Many common questions are answered in appendix C. There is an updated phone app that is very useful, too. If you want to go even deeper to get a more individualized plan, look at the author's site for 'SWAMI'. There is also a chat on that site for other questions you may have. I bought the original version back in 2000. I purchased the updated version because I was interested in seeing information for the many foods which were not widely available back then, but are now. Also, in the intervening years, the health benefit status of many foods has changed due to continued research. The revised/updated version does take into consideration the newer health information. No one way of eating works for everyone... our blood types tell us what is best.

this is science backed information that makes sense.... there is not one type of diet that works well for everyone because we are all slightly different. That difference is in our blood. It is a fascinating journey Dr D'Adamo takes us on... from the beginnings of the human species to the evolutionary adaptations we made to cope with landscape and climate change. It changed our blood types and this changed the type of foods each blood type needs to thrive.

I highly recommend this book. It is fascinating and helpful for anyone wanting to create a way of eating which is satisfying but also healthy.
