Pricey, but worth it if it works

We occasionally have a mouse problem as we live on the edge of agricultural fields. We've tried humane traps with no success, and i was reluctant to poison them, but was left with no choice. I've used this for a few weeks and they eat the bait, although it helps if you spread a little peanut butter to make it smell more attractive. I'm not sure if it kills them as quickly as the label says, or if we have more mice than we thought, but the bait gets eaten regularly, and so far there have been no decomposition smells.
