It works

A little noisy as the venturi sucks in air but it uses less water and has a mild pulsing/massaging effect.
You need to be sure of the type of plumbing system when you order. Gravity fed or mains pressure.
Some old systems are gravity fed and the pressure is low being limited by the head between the shower outlet and the feeder tank feeding the hot water system, usually only a few feet.
Newer systems operate at mains pressure which is much higher

Not great.

This shower head was very noisy when being used, on our main shower in the house but it didn’t work on our lower pressure motorhome shower, water just dribbles out of the air inlet pipes. Disappointed as was looking forward to a better shower in the van. Read full review
