This scanner and software is awesome. I had an issue, as others have, right out of the box. There was an error message stating that cables were loose and to restart machine and software. I reported the issue to tech support with Shinning 3D and they had a solution for me overnight. I did software update and was back in business. The scan detail is outstanding and software stitching multiple scans together is child’s play. I am loving this equipment!Read full review
