I rented this movie for my 3 yr old and some older kids ages 5,6,& 8. I thought that there would be more bowling scenes in it than what there was - only 4. Im a prettly lienent parent but was apalled at the movie. It should be rated PG 13 not PG. There is a scene where there is strip poker being played, name calling through out the movie, one of the female characters is continually called a wench throughout, cussing is replaced (ie. Oh! Fu***leize Navidad), the elves like to spank each other and themselves, and one of the two main female characters is provacitively dressed with her breasts bulging from her dress, bouncing up and down in front of a male character while he has his tounge hanging out like a dog. There is a lot of adult humor! Cute storyline is about all the positive I have to say about this movie. Lets just say that all the children excluding my 3 yr old had comments and sexual questions afterwards not too mention they were very rude with name calling to each other-repeating lines from the movie. who's your daddy?

Bought this for a friend who enjoys the Elf Bowling games and uses the line "who's your daddy" all the time. Surprisingly that line wasnt in this movie. The animation is good and though slow or maybe too long the movie was better than expected. We enjoyed the unexpected plot and background moral protrayed. A BOWLING OF FUN FOR EVERYONE.

I BOUGHT THIS MOVIE FOR MY HUSBAND AND I TO SEE BECAUSE WE LOST OUR COPY WE HAD AND NEVER SAW. THE MOVIE WAS VERY FUNNY AND A DELIGHT TOO SEE. I REALLY DON'T COMPARE MY MOVIES TO OTHERS BECAUSE I HAVE SO MANY MOVIES. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO THE YOUNGER KIDS TO SEE THAT ARE IN SCHOOL AGES. Elf Bowling: The Movie

This movie is worth watching. It is not the best movie, but if the viewer has played Elf Bowling Computer games then the movie will be more enjoyable. I have played the games and I must say that this movie was a good addition to our Christmas collection!Read full review...

Elf Bowling???

Only watched 17 minutes .. worst 17 minutes of my day. Conceptually it was a good idea .. the follow through was atrocious.
