I received my organic Epsom salts yesterday and I used it straight away that evening. The salts are organic and they truly helped my body which was filled with ache and pains. Epsom salts, or magnesium sulphate baths,are an effective means of soothing sore muscles. You need to add around 2 big cupfuls or mugs to a running hot bath and soak for at least 20 minutes for maximum efficacy. it is not therefore cost effective to buy little tubs and bags,as you need a good amount to make it worth your while.
