I usually exfoliate my face before applying. It feels greasy when you first rub it on. But it absorbes into the skin after a few mins. I sometimes use half capsule am & the other half pm. It mixed in with my other skincare products just fine. I've only used the ceramide capsules for 2 weeks. I like the results. It does seem to give more of a youthful apperance.
