Good but not as bright for my application

The bulbs are of a good value. The build quality is of that of a premier brand and not of a cheap knockoff. They fit as they should with no sharp edges and key shape is perfect. My only complaint is and this may be specific to our vehicle; a Toyota iQ is the bulbs are not as bright as the original Toshiba OEM 9012 bulbs. The vehicle has the projector style headlights and this may be a factor, however these Elta HIR2 9012 PX22D bulbs in my opinion are not as bright as the Toshiba original bulbs.
