I use emergen c from ...well, ages.

If use regular with adding ascorbic acid forget about any infections. Usual I use emergen c every second day but when infection every day. Long time ago I use to b ill almost every month but now maybe 2 times per year. I stopped used antibiotics. Well im adding ascorbic acid bcos my immune system was very weak.
