Just the right size unit, works great
Packing of this VHS recorder/player was really well done, unit arrived safely, no damage. I did not realize that there was no remote control, however, it was not advertised, so it was my oversight. I will be able to obtain one on my own.Read full review

Not worth 200 dollars but i was desperate and could not take a chance on another used unit. The first one bought was used and tore up tapes.
Very pricy for the quality or should I say lack there of. It does what I needed it to do, there are no frills but it does play, rewind, fast forward, and stop tapes. Super basic and I do mean basic.

Defective unit
The new unit arrived dead on arrival. the Play, FF, Rewind and Eject buttons on the unit did absolutely nothing. The only way I could get my tape out of the machine was with the remote. The Play, FF, Rewind buttons on the remote also had no effect. Read full review

I can't figure out how to hook it up
I haven't been able to hook it up correctly to my TV yet so I don't know how well it will work. That's a problem with me (just can't figure it out!) not the product.
