Great wi-fi type thermostat! The Emerson model ST75W (in white-also comes in black finish), touch-screen thermostat, is a great addition to our home hvac system. With the opportunity now to control all phases of our system remotely, it's much easier to check on thermostat settings from afar. There are numerous settings available for your personal preferences, such as daily scheduling & various "reminders" like air filter replacement....you'll like this thermostat! Similar to other name brand wireless thermostats, this one is lower cost and easier to use. We also have the Emerson ST-55W wi-fi thermostat in use @ our vacation residence in FL - that one works great too!Read full review

My First Smart Thermostat

So far, so good. It was easy to install, easy to setup and works great. I am not sure if I needed it, but this thermostat is not a "learning" thermostat. You have to program it, it doesn't keep track of your presence or how you turn up/down the heat/air conditioning. It does have a feature to just circulate the air, which will come in handy during the summer, since we do not have air conditioning, at least now yet.Read full review

Easy to set up. This is my second purchase of this model. It worked well in a previous property so decided to buy a new one for my current home. All systems are a lil different

All seems are a lil different. I had to call my hearing and air guy. He did a lil research for my brand name furnace and AC and called me and walked me through the hook up. I tried hooking it up 4 times with no luck. Also I blew a fuse in the furnace, looks like a car fuse lil 5amp. But since I got it hooked up it performs great. Read full review

Easy to use

I bought this to replace another digital thermostat. The old one was difficult to use and program. Everything is on the screen. This one you can set the cool and heat. You do not need to switch between the 2 it is automatic. Very simple to change the the temperature. It has wifi to set up with your phone. I could not get my phone to connect to it. I was not worried about that feature. I highly recommend!

Excellent thermostat.... bought it as for parts not tested. When arrived I was surprised that it looks new. When I installed it did not work so I called Emerson tech support and they guided me To make the right connections. This thermostat Needs the blue wire(24v) to be connected for power otherwise will not power up... they are not batteries operating... make sure the common blue wire is connected at the furnace.Read full review
