Not happy

I went as far to call Enagic in Torrance about the filter. Told them I have the Leveluk R they told me ANY HG-N filter should fit that unit. Well IT’S NOT FITTING PROPERLY EVERY TIME I TURN THE MACHINE ON IT SAYS REPLACE FILTER THEN TURN THE WATER ON & PRESS DESIRED BUTTON IT IS GREEN. RESET BUTTON DOESN’T DO ANYTHING. Filter leaked with the o-rings supplied.

When I installed the new filter with the new o-rings that it came with it leaked. The only way I could stop the leak was to put the old o-rings back on from the original filter.
