Proper quality. The surround, although heavy, was easy to construct with just a tack hammer and crosshead screwdriver. The fire part was ready built, and just needed fixing into the aperture in the support. A simple drill and fix operation. The product looks really good on the wall, and I would recommend the product highly. The whole process of ordering, payment and delivery was faultless, and I was given proper notification at every stage. We'll, I was looking for a electric fireplace and came across this beauty. I read peoples reviews regarding this product and they said they were sure happy with it on looks and everthing. I received mine and had no trouble putting it together it didn't take too long, but what was amazing, once assembling the pieces together the beauty of the fireplace started to unfold before my very own eyes. I will say the elegance of the fireplace is fabulous, the lighting well What can I say it really is the part, the heater pushes out some decent heat. Although I have only taken out and tried the electric fire section as the room it's going into is not ready yet, however the fire heat is great, the style is great also, and the glow is way beyond my expectations and looks so warming. I have had this fire for about 10 months . The glow is warm and inviting with a flickering flame. Although not a real fire, it has a good enough effect to feel really cosy. The LED strip at the top can be held on your choice of one colour or slowly rotate through several colours, The white box is clean and fits in to a modern home easily. Great product!

This is a great fire it makes the room so relaxing in the evenings. Love the lights.
I would reccomend 100%

Only downside does take a while to heat up a room when it it is bitterly cold if the room is quite large and you need to keep the door closed. We bought it mainly for show and for emergencys if gas didn't work for any reason.
