I was a bit dubious at first because of the price bit I can honestly say this is miles better than the Dimplex suite I had. Spent ages looking at different fires when I should have just ordered this one straight away.
Easy to assemble and even comes with spare bits as standard.
Amazing fire effect and has depth to the fire which makes it look realistic.. comes with 4 flame settings. The 15 settings for the glow is super too. Very relaxing even when not using the heater.
Somewhere wrote that the heater fan was noisey but that's not right, its just a low background hum and i any case goes off when it reaches your required temperature.

Looks absolutely stunning, Lighting and heating effective too.
Assembly and installation is easy, with clear instructions.
My only criticism is that fixing to the wall is advised, but no access to "secret" fixings e.g. mirror plates.
No-one ants to see a mirror plate sticking out of the side.
Maybe a removable decorative rose in the front could provide access to an internal mount.
The remote is very comprehensive, and so brings a bit of a learning curve, but once mastered it is brilliant.
Overall we are thrilled with the fire, and the limited number of visitors (Covid19) have admired it too.Read full review

It's definitely white, which for me is perfect.
Once assembled, it looks very nice. The actual assembly caught me out, as the instructions were a touch "lacking". That aside, once assembled, it looked lovely.
The fire looks almost real, which is kind of the point. The fan heater worked well, and the additional LED lighting is very classy indeed. It creates a very welcoming fire.

All in one fire place
I wanted a fire in my lounge as a focal point. Unfortunately i dont have a chimney or flue.
So i decided on an electric fire. But i wanted the effect of an open fire. I looked online as well as shopping around the stores. I found this on ebay and the bonus was it came with a mantle surround with built in l.e.d.s.

I have bought two of these so far for tenanted houses, they fit into most fireplaces they plug in so no extra electrical fitting and they look very good lit up.
