The Who-Endless Wire CD 2006.

I have always loved the Who and I approached this new CD with some caution.New product released under The who's name was always going to be a tricky business and I must say I was pleasently surprised.

Starting with a synth which sounds remarkably like "Baba O,Riley" both daltrey's voice,and Townsend's songs are good and I would recommend this CD to anybody who has ever liked "The Who"which is something I thought i would never say about new Who product.

It takes a few listens to realize just how strong the songs are,but once this has been achieved it will be a CD you play fairly regularly,before returning to their classic catalogue like "Who's Next","A Quick One while he's away","Tommy"etc.So not the turkey one might expect,and a good deal better than that!Read full review...

A Good album . Needs a few listens to take it in. Nice songs.

Was never going to be like The Who of old, and why should it be? but it comes pretty close. The Digital experience - Daltrey, a little softer on the vocals, Townshend, much the same on guitar.
And the rest of the band, well they do okay!
Like it the more I listen to it, not a classic but pretty good.Read full review...

A "Must" for all WHO fans.

The Who have certainly stood the passing of time. Even with two founder members no longer with us they pump out new(ish) material with the same rhythm and gusto. Some brilliant tracks on this CD but a very listenable album all the way through. Reccomended. The CD i received was in excellent codition and expertly wrapped. Brilliant.Read full review...

the who endless wire

the CD casing was of poor quality for a product that is advertised as new. Very disappointed as i had planned on giving the CD away as a gift.

The Who - Endless Wire (CD 2006)

Only two tracks worth listening to. Some quite poor vocals, an album 'too far'. From a keen Who fan, this album is a big disappointment.

Prob be Mods music I reckon

Don't know what I was thinking what type of music the The Who are Wasn't as rocky as I thought it would be so tell me if I'm wrong people. You had the Mods and the Rockers. By any chance is this the Mods music???????????????????????
