Epson ET-2720 A good WiFi Printer /Scanner/Copier
The only criticism is the VERY small LED screen and the print on the screen is very SMALL and difficult to read. However the LCD panel and keys/buttons are hinged so that hat they can be tilted upwards.
The Setup procedure was straightforward. Filling the ink tanks was easy and no mess at all. The LED screen walks you through the printer configuration procedure. I did the complete install without using the CD. Once the basic installation was completed I topped up the ink tanks with the remainder of the ink in the bottles and used the 'Maintenance' Menu on the LCD to reset the ink levels.
I installed the WiFi by following the LCD instructions. However, the WPS setup option didn't work so I used the alternative method by selecting my Router name and entering my router password when prompted. I downloaded the Epson Printer App from Google Play Store onto my Huawei P20 Pro Smartphone. Once installed it notified me on my phone of a Firmware update which I installed easily via WiFi without a USB cable.
I used the scanner to copy and print a document. No problem.

The print speed feels slower than my previous HP DeskJet F4580 and the build quality feels flimsy compared with my HP.
I've only had the printer for a day but first impressions are positive.
The LCD screen makes the printer setup so much easier and is not dependent upon software being installed on a PC.
The Eco Tank system is the main advantage of this printer. It's easy to fill with no mess and no waste.
The footprint and overall size of the printer is compact, and of similar size to my HP F4580.
The paper feed is angled at 60 degrees at the back of the printer. Which I don't find to be a problem.
I bought the ET-2720 after exhaustive comparison with other makes and models.
This printer has consistently high customer reviews, which are deserving.
If you feel encouraged to buy this printer then shop around for the best price. Don't spend more than £180 for this printer. This printer compares very favourably with other brands for features and price.
With solid positive reviews, you can't go wrong with this printer!

Does the job
Straightforward enough to set up. Do be aware the paper feed is at the back, not the front. I had to rearrange my set up to accommodate this. Print quality is fine. Good but expensive
Set up was easy, and I really like the fact that plastic cartridges are becoming a thing of the past. Print quality and speed of printing is good. It may just be my imagination but my machine seems rather noisy. I don’t remember my old printer sounding that loud.
On the minus side, currently the price is rather high for what you are getting. But then new technologies are highly priced when they first come out. Read full review

Value for money printer

Super large ink tanks - no more cartridges
Easy to set up and fill the ink tanks if you follow the instructions. First few prints had a little ink on the paper corners when printing but this soon cleared up.
