Product was in almost new shape! Its lightning fast compared to the 25 year old panasonic, but even better, it doesn't jam on every new sheet. The old printer was already emulating an LQ850 from the 80s with esc/p, so it was literally just moving the parallel cable, power and paper over to the new unit. This unit also has network support if we even get away from our 30 year old software. It did not some with software or manual but there are newer versions are already on the internet.
