Cleaning printer
Great product- worked perfectly and printer now back to printing great quality images. One comment, the paper they send with it got caught/snagged and I couldn’t get it to fit under the inks, I had ordered some blotting paper which slid under easily to catch the cleaning liquid and ink. At your peril
My black cartridge stopped printing, all colours fine. Running head clean didnt work so I bought this to clean the print head. Followed instructions to the letter, refitted new cartridges, and now none of the print heads work - just getting almost blank pages with the odd line or two, still no black output.
