Works Great! I would buy another

The Eufy 30C works as advertised cleaning both hardwood and carpet effectively. Suggest that the operating instructions be followed and that the house be prepared for a robotic vacuum. The magnetic strips were installed under the edge of fringe carpets and the vacuum has not gotten tangled in the fringe. Secure electrical cords or use the boundary strips to cordon them off and you won't have to untangle the vacuum. Purchase additional magnetic strips if needed. The cell phone app works as advertised but the remote control is almost as effective. The boost feature does an excellent job increasing the suction on carpet. The vacuum is very easy on furniture legs avoiding most and lightly kissing the rest. As stated earlier, preparing your home for a robotic vacuum will save a lot of frustration at startup.

“Bump technology” is a joke & misses huge areas.

“Bump technology” is basically randomly running around your house until it needs to recharge. It’s constantly skipping spots and entire rooms.
After some research I see that this exact unit is made by multiple manufacturers with huge price differences.

It's great

Love it. But wish I had got the mapping. Next one I will. Does a good job just all over the place. First time today set the timer and it worked. Husband said he's a believer. Was very doubtful.

My little helper

This is my second Eufy Robot vac. I bought one several months ago and I’ve liked it well enough to buy a second one for the upstairs of our house. I have a large house and this has been really helpful in keeping the floors clean.
It’s easy enough to use, but of course you have to make sure everything is picked up off the floor, and any wires or strands of things out of the way, Any areas where it might get stuck need to be blocked off. This model it’s relatively quiet which is nice.Read full review

Great product - Highly recommend

Cleans really well and is easy to setup on the Eufy app and set a schedule. After some use, it was stuck in a few places but I put the magnetic strips down and it now avoids those areas. It sometimes does not dock but after cleaning the pins, it returns home fine. That has been my only complaint otherwise a great product at a great price.Read full review

Good bang for your buck!

I think this is a great product for the cost. This thing has been picking up stuff and making our lives a lot healthier! We set it for midnight every night and when I wake up to get my coffee I empty it and it’s good to go for the next day. I noticed it has a hard time finding the charging base as we have it tucked away a bit so we might move it but I was hoping to keep it out of view.Read full review
