Veeery sticky!
Great product, secured the felting on a large shed securely to make is weather proof.... We have winds here that could pick a house up! So I am very happy with the product its given me peace of mind that the shed is protected. Read full review

Didn't work in the wet as stated and when used on dry material, was just a sticky mess.
This didn't really do the job it's intended for when I used it.
It says it can be applied even during the rain and it most definitely can not.
It just runs off and makes loads of mess everywhere. You end up covered in black sticky goo and the leak is still there.
I specifically bought it because I wasn't sure where the leak was and I could use this whethere n it was raining.
I pinpointed the leak and this was supposed to solve it, so I fixed it there and then and knew it was fixed at the time.
Total waste of money and time. Spent ages trying to get the stuff cleared up and get it off my hands and clothes. It doesn't come off clothes.
Fixed leak with gutter tape at a later date.
Used the rest to fix holes in metal shed roofing sheets. Took ages as just kept falling out and had to use my finger to try to smooth it in the holes, but it was a lot of mess. First rain and the rain still comes in through little areas that didn't fill properly.
Maybe it was me, but it's just messy, no good in the wet as it runs off wet surfaces with the rain and if you don't get it absolutely perfect first time, then it just pulls out the second you put a little more on.

This sealant appears to have worked on a leaking roof slate [the slate will be replaced in more favourable weather.] It appears to stick very well. Difficult in cold weather and would probably benefit from standing the tube in hot water for a time. One tip: Wear gloves!Read full review

Non-setting sealant
It's ok as a sealant but it doesn't set or skin over and remains very sticky so you can't use it in exposed situations or where people are likely to come in contact with it. There are better options.
