The best Paint filler/primer

Everbuild Filler Coat
I used this to prep the walls in my hall prior to painting as they were really rough. I couldn't afford to have them replastered so spent several days filling and sanding and then used the Everbiuld Filler Coat. I applied it with a roller and put three coats on before painting. I was really pleased with the results and would recommend this product.
You still need to prep the walls really well, it's not a miracle cure, but it does what it says on the tin.
The only reason I haven't given this 5 stars is that when it arrived the plastic container was broken and a large proportion of the contents had leaked into the cardboard box.
I managed to salvage most of it by transferring it to another container. I messaged the carrier DHL to let them know, but as yet have had no response.Read full review...

Great product. Poor packaging
Plastic container was in a small cardboard box with no additional packaging. When it arrived it had obviously been damaged in transit. The plastic container had smashed in one corner and most of paint was now in the plastic bag. Without the plastic bag it would have been a complete disaster!

MUST HAVE FILLER COAT
This is a very good product to help with interior walls that are not smooth, if filler work has been done, and sanding is completed, roll on a good generous coat of filler coat, after a few hours, it will be dry, now check for any imperfections, maybe a little sanding, and if necessary apply another coat, wait 24 hrs for complete drying, and now apply your emulsion, and now stand back and admire a perfect finish.Read full review...

Try this before you decide to re-plaster
Used this in our sixties house on previously papered walls with cracks, filler marks, lots of small imperfections and the finished wall after 2 coats of this stuff and another coat of quality emulsion is very impressive. I dont think we'd have got near that finish with normal paint. Dries very hard and almost forms a shell on the wall. Very pleased, we'll probably use it everywhere to save re-plastering. Goes further than you expect it to also. It isnt magic and you do need to spend time on the prep obviously filling where you can and making sure you remove all old paste, we also sanded in parts after this paint before applying a top coat but we're very pleased and surprised with the end result. Saved hundreds if not thousands on plastering and probably didn't spend much more time on prep than we would have prepping for new plaster, cleaning up after and prepping newly plastered walls.
