Sanded down some Marks and Spencer furniture. Used this wood filler to fill some small gaps, so easy to use and sand down. Purchased 2 different shades from 2 different suppliers to match up different shades of wood on 3 cabinets. I then re-stained to a lighter shade and applied beeswax. Go for darker if in doubt.
Went for dark oak as other reviews said lighter colours were too light. I would say the dark oak is more medium oak when stained/waxed. It does tend to split when dry but could be due to wood drying out as well. If you wax before it drys, it will turn out darker than if you let it dry fully.Read full review
