Brilliant little tool but it could be improved.

This is a brilliant tool so far that has helped me get into difficult corners on the bottom of my boat to remove damaged epoxy but the dust bag is useless & the belts clog up very quickly forcing me to buy new ones from Germany.

Evolution mini belt sander

I wouldn’t really recommend this little machine
The friction plate is very small and difficult to keep flat on the surface of the workpiece , for this reason it is prone to dig in and cause small gouges if you’re not very careful
I wouldn’t recommend this machine,
Other reviewers are saying it overheats, I realised it was not much use before it had a chance to overheat!
Honestly don’t waste your money

Great little tool

I found this great little sander easy to use on small jobs but has the power to tackle some of the larger ones as well.

Overall good tool

I bought this to sand areas my bigger belt sander can't get to. It does the job very well but as pervious reviews state it gets very hot after 5-10 mins of use I would turn it off and left it cool down. It's small enough to keep in your van for small jobs or to use with other sanders on a big job. Do not buy this product it over heats in 3 minutes and burnt my hands it has next to no power and the waste collection bag is faulty
