I have been using this for years once you know how to use this properly and less is more it works perfect. Do not put cream or make up under your eyes or it will not work tiniest amount on finger spread lightly over and over again under each eye keep still look up wait 3minutes or fan it with paper. It truly does tighten bags and takes years off you. Nothing works like this when used properly saves having eye lift and it really last all day but won’t work if you try and put make near it.
