Four pack is a bit misleading because you just get one
There are a couple of plastic pips where it grips the nostrils which are very painful and uncomfortable,I cannot use it.

Dangerous!
Twice I went to bed using these and twice I woke up with them no longer in my nose but on the bed and floor. I could have swallowed them in my sleep shouldn't be allowed to sell these.

Anti snoring nose clips
These might work for some people, but they did not work for me.
I do think if they were a smidge longer and the ball on the ends a little bigger it might be better. Comfy to wear though .
