Great workout that’s fun!

The workouts are fun and challenging without being too difficult. I get a good workout and I don’t feel like I’m dying afterwards. I have tried all the segments except for the lower body and abs, and I really enjoy it. I am a big Denise Austin fan and this one is great!Read full review
