I have a 1999 red, or rather pink VW T4. The original paintwork had oxidised after sitting under a hot Portuguese sun for a few years. When I returned to the UK I decided to give the old van a spring clean. I tried various compounds, both manually and with a cheap Argos dual action polishing machine.
