As usual, Michael Moseley has based his diet on scientific studies and his diet works. My husband and I lost 2 stones each using the Fast 800 diet. I bought the Fast 800 Keto book to help me lose the last few pounds to reach my target weight and to check we were eating the right foods to keep healthy. My husband reversed his Type 2 diabetes and I am hoping to lower my cholesterol. I won't know until my next blood test, but am delighted with the weight loss. Read full review...
