Did not work at all for me, and is qiute expensive.

I bought several boxes over a few months, having been recommended by my gyne because the head of the dept is involved in the company. I assume therefore it must be working for some women.
I was having a bad menopause and trouble with HRT as I am very sensitive to progesterone.
I gave it time- about 3 months- but at £30 a month it needed to work. It didn't. I had zero relief from my menopause symptoms, particularly hot flushes, which were as bad as when menopause started 12 years earlier.
Now I am on Tibolone, an HRT which does not actualy contain the hormones but simulates them. It is working... hallelujah. Read full review...

I’m 1 box in so bern taking these for about a month and not noticed a massive change. Still hot and flushes no less frequent but maybe the intensity of the flushes is reduced. Hard to say but I’m prepared to keep going for now. Watch this space ...Read full review...
