The games do work, but the discs have a lot of scratches and it took a long time for my PS2 to load the games. Half the time it couldn’t read them at all. I did put some rubbing alcohol on both of the discs and it made them better, so that’s a plus. Still takes a while to load but it is making it easier for my PS2 to read. Read full review

Depressing

I like Fiinal Fantasy a lot and I never played this one and I thought I would like it but I did not like it very much. The crude graphics are just too much of a downgrade from what I'm used to. Music is good. Overall too old school for my tastes.Read full review

The story line is one of the tops (in my opinion) of the FF games that I have played. Despite the limitations on the game (due to age and technology available when it was created) graphics are well done and fluid. Great speed, great price, great games!

Arrived 3 days earlier than expected. Arrived in original wrapping unopened and in exquisite condition. Plays on my system perfectly.
Silver bottom scared me at first, but I researched it and there are a handful of legit silver bottomed PS1 discs (all apparently Square Enix reprint editions of best sellers), and this is one example. Another example, Final Fantasy Chronicles, is still on the Square Enix official store.
Make sure to grab this while you can. I don't think Square Enix is going to make any more PS1 reprints.Read full review
