Seems good quality product. Bought as replacement for FireAngel ST-620. It comes with two fixing plates, only the larger of which adapts to the old existing SP-620 ceiling fixing, the other being redundant for this purpose. The are no instructions enclosed about this, but after a while the penny drops, and it is a simple job to fit it up. The Smoke alarm itself seems to have more features than the old Fireangel, so probably superior.Read full review

Their functions were almost the same so it gave me the confidence to try a new brand. Another & the very reason was it could fit in my old plate, it saved me some work & from drilling more holes on my ceiling. I just use it so I don't know whether this is good quality or not.
