Well designed unit, very simple to install
This new unit replaced an earlier more bulky model which required regular 9V battery changes - the new one of course is fitted with a up to date long life battery. The unit is easily removed and always ready to be re-fitted ready for use.

Smoke alarm for my caravan
Well pleased with this replacement for the old SI-610 in my caravan that was date expired. The supplied backing plate twisted easily into place on the old mounting plate to which the new neater alarm clicked. Now no need for replacing batteries as this has an enclosed lithium battery that should last 19 years. I suspect also that the technology within will be more discerning in the small space of the caravan.Read full review

Not interlinked fire alarms
Really good fire alarm but they are not interlinked They do the job fine. Unfortunately they have the same number (FHB10) as the interlinked fire alarms.
