First time buying a fitness tracker

Easy to set up, very neat and fits my v small wrists. Great app and connectivity with smartphone. Easy to record workouts and fascinating learning about my sleep. Really pleased.
Records my daily cycling and yoga when I tell it what I’m doing. Shows me what my heart rate is doing and where I’ve been. Uploads to vitality health no problem.

Mixture of good and bad

Only had it a week and not fully explored all the features and not been using it to track exercise due to health problems. The heart rate and sleep tracking appear pretty accurate; but the step count is excessive and in no way is a true reflection of my activity, despite having the dominant hand set correctly. Good but sometimes stupid

Lightweight, comfortable, easy to use, good data collection. Sleep and heart rate seem accurate. Brought for my wife to link to weight watchers app. Easy enough. Only downside is steps and auto tracking are not accurate. Said my wife had done 10k steps in a day when she clearly hadn't. Also said she had been cycling when she hadn't. Bought this little watch as needed an upgrade from my other branded watch. I love how slim this is on my wrist,not bulky or uncomfortable to wear like some are. Easy to use and pretty accurate .
