To be fair I was always the sort of person to buy cheaper versions of these but when I got this i wasnt disappointed. It literally tracks everything! Good battery life usually day 4 it needs a charge.Download all the apps on Versa Life, really good you can change the clock faces, put spotify on it, Tracks your steps,sleep, food,blood pressure, calories and I believe it's water proof but I've always took it off near water!
